Sportsbook License
3 articles
Sportsbook License is a regulatory authorization permitting an approved operator or related entity to conduct sports wagering under a jurisdiction's laws. Obtaining and maintaining a license can involve ownership disclosure, background and suitability review, technical controls, tax registration, reporting duties and continuing compliance with wagering rules. The license is the legal permission to operate; it is separate from a market-access contract, a sportsbook brand and any one betting product offered to customers.
