According to Seneca Nation, the phased approach is designed to keep the property operational throughout the process. The $47 million investment averages roughly $79,000 per renovated room. The last major hotel upgrade at Seneca Niagara occurred in 2013, when $26 million was spent on gaming floor and outdoor improvements, followed by a $6 million HVAC upgrade. The current project marks the largest single-room investment since the hotel tower opened in 2006.
