Americas Cardroom has announced a record-setting Sunday tournament schedule for August 16, with more than $20 million in guaranteed prize pools. The operator will combine its full Sunday tournament lineup with several major events, including two Mystery Bounty Venom tournaments and three Run Up Series Main Events. This marks the largest single-day guarantee in the platform’s history and signals a return to the regular Sunday schedule after a summer of reduced offerings.
Key Events and Prize Pools
The centerpiece of the schedule is the $12 million No Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom and the $3 million Pot Limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom. Both tournaments feature a $2,650 buy-in and will begin their Day 1B flights at 12:05 p.m. ET. The No Limit Hold’em event offers a top mystery bounty of $500,000, while the Pot Limit Omaha event features a $250,000 top bounty. All players who reach Day 2 are guaranteed to finish in the money, and bounties will be awarded starting at $5,000. The cumulative-stack format allows players to combine chips from multiple successful Day 1 flights.
Additional Tournaments and Schedule Details
Alongside the Venom events, the schedule includes three Run Up Series Main Events, each with different buy-in levels and guarantees. The High Main Event has a $1,050 buy-in and a $750,000 guarantee, the Mid Main Event is set at $215 with a $400,000 guarantee, and the Low Main Event offers a $33 buy-in with a $200,000 guarantee. All three start at 11:05 a.m. ET and return for Day 2 on August 17. Other notable tournaments include a $1 million Mystery Bounty Multi-Flight with a $100,000 top bounty, a $200,000 Guaranteed High Roller, and Day 2 of the $50,000 Guaranteed Dime Progressive Knockout. Several additional events will carry $100,000 guarantees.

The return of the full Sunday schedule means regular major and supporting tournaments will run alongside the featured events, restoring the operator’s standard tournament offering after a period of reduced summer activity.
